ABOUT
Coaching and speaking are what I was always designed to do, I just didn't discover it until later in life. I spent my 20's and 30's raising kids, and working humble jobs that offered little paychecks yet valuable flexibility. Life back then was all about my kids and not about me. Professional development wasn't a priority. Besides, even if I dared to dream of a professional position, I disqualified myself before even beginning because of my low self esteem and zero confidence.
Thank God others couldn't hear the limited thoughts I was believing. Instead my friends and family saw glimpses of my giftedness and started calling it out to me. With their encouragement, I began to believe in myself and look for opportunities to grow. As years passed, passion to build events, businesses, and empower people led me step by step to a professional development of my own. This allowed me to run my own Shameless Pursuit Conference and be paid to create another 400 person Conference for Northeastern Seminary. I created my own logos, brands, opened an Etsy shop, started a ministry, wrote a book, invested in myself through Ramerman Leadership Group and became a trauma-informed life coach through the ART of Training and Development. I took classes at Northeastern Seminary, ran retreats, and filled pulpits.
I am also a certified life coach who is passionate about walking along others to see them reach their full God-given potential.

Personal Details
Now, with my degree in social work from Roberts Wesleyan University and over 20 years of ministry experience, I work with women with women who need a voice and buddy to talk and walk them through issues that are barriers to their growth so that they can be equipped and inspired to grow to their full potential. I specialize in working with women on issues of shame, identity, confidence, leadership development, boundaries, and healthy mindsets.

Hi there! I am a genuine, caring, and spiritual soul who's always on a quest for self-improvement. I call charming Upstate NY my home where I live with my wonderful husband and our two delightful granddaughters who are just a hop, skip, and a jump away. My heart belongs to faith and family and I have a soft spot for whole foods (yum!). Dogs? Can't get enough of them! When I'm not spending time with my furry friends or littles, you'll find me in the garden, wielding power tools, or giving old items a fresh, new look. Life's all about finding joy in the little things!
