How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching can be a great fit for you if you are ready for some change, needing a partner to walk you through some life transitions, or seeking clarity about areas in your life you want to grow in. Finding the right coach for you is important so that you feel comfortable as you navigate come life changes. To determine if we can be a good team, may I suggest a discovery call? We can spend some time getting to know one another to determine if we are the right fit for a working relationship.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses more on moving forward than spending time delving into past experiences. Life coaching focuses on assisting with identifying goals, receiving guidance to reach those goals, and getting accountability to maintain them. Through coaching you can learn tools and strategies so that you are future focused.
How long do I need a coach?
The length of coaching can vary greatly depending on the client, the pace they want, how hard they work, and how much accountability they desire. This is something we can talk about in our discovery call.
Where do coaching sessions
take place?
Most coaching sessions are virtual and take place over Zoom or phone. To optimize the coaching session, it will be valuable to find a quiet place free of distractions.
