Catholic Charities In-School Social Work Program invited Kathryn to facilitate a workshop with our clinicians, defining and practicing how to incorporate the agency's core values into our daily work. She consistently communicated with me prior to our event. She expertly led us through two sessions, providing not only guidance but affirmation and recognition for the work we do every day.

She exemplified professionalism, humility, and leadership. Her creativity was illustrated in the worksheets she created and in her ability to engage every participant.

Kathryn facilitated a team-building self-care workshop for my staff called “Redefine your win! “. She did an excellent job, communicating to staff techniques to help measure personal success and redefine goals to discover a win in their life, be it at a business or at home. The staff really enjoyed the workshop, and their feedback was positive.

Kathryn created a learning environment that was respectful, and she made sure participants were empowered to contribute to the discussion at hand.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Kathryn recently. As chair of the Rochester Area Administrators of Volunteer Services, we were looking for a speaker to motivate our membership of volunteer coordinators during Covid closures and uncertainties. After a quick search and a meeting with Kathryn, I knew we found our speaker for the program.

Kathryn understood the many issues that volunteer coordinators are facing in areas and nonprofits, and she did not ignore the subtle and not-so-subtle differences between each organization.

We very much enjoyed Kathryn‘s presentation, and the group had a lot of information to bring back to their own teams and volunteers.

If you are looking for a passionate and REAL, speaker for your group, look no further. Thank you Kathryn for a great presentation.
